Junior Print Club Sessions are back!

We are excited to start Junior Print Sessions on alternated Saturday mornings as part of our Autumn programme here at Ocean Studios.

An introduction to the world of printmaking here at Ocean Studios. Playing with colour, materials, textures and shapes we will explore print processes such as Screenprinting, Monoprinting, Geli plate printing, Drypoint Etching, Linocut, Risograph Printing and Cyanotype.

The sessions will act as micro-projects to unlock different skills and increase knowledge in printmaking, with elements of collaboration, testing ideas and themed sessions in association with Royal William Yard and other events at Ocean Studios.

You’ll get an exciting insight into the specialist presses kit used for printmaking, drawing on inspiration from our- local artist facilitators, who will draw on their practice to share skills and knowledge.

What to Expect?

– The session is 2 hours long and we welcome parents to relax in our café whilst the sessions are in place.

- This workshop is perfect for those aged between 8 – 13 years old.

– All materials are included within the sessions, and you will be able to take your masterpieces home

Price: £15.00 per session
